Well, its the end of my happy first semester of my first year in UKM.
A lot of things happened, a lot of new things I learned, and a lot of people I had met here in UKM.
Time surely move fast without you even realized it.
I still remember clearly my full-of-surprises secondary school memoirs.
And just like a blink of eye, I am here now.
Studying for my law degree.
Okay, enough day-dreaming (night-dream supposedly, haha)
Lets move to our 4th entry title.
As I always thinking back what have I done for this semester,
lets make this entry title 'Great event I did in UKM'
Okay, lets start with the orientation week.
Well, actually, to tell all of you the truth, orientation week here in UKM really like a living hell.
No, perhaps a REAL hell.
We had been treated like kindergarten kids by the so-called seniors
Sing here, sing there, shout here, shout there
As part of myself is rebellious, this situation really made me feel like to kill people
As I want to escaped from all this childish matters, I found a door for it.
I registered myself as ArtiSukma.
That mean I need to make an art performance at the end of the orientation week
FYI, I never play any music instrument before
So its actually a suicide plan for me, hahahaha
But as long as I can skip my orientation week, its always gonna be oka
I had been chosen to play Angklung back then.
Just by hearing the name of its made me feel weird back then.
Actually, what is Angklung?
Angklung is a traditional musical instrument with one note per instrument.
So, Angklung must be played in a group of people.
It produced sound similar to bonang of gamelan but then its melody is softer as it is made up from bamboo.
Okay, next is that I was chosen to be the usher for the International Youth Orchestra
As I play Angklung for orientation week, then I should be registered under Angklung club
But since Angklung club is dismissed, my name straightly gone under the Art Management Club.
So for the first activity of the club, we must be the usher for IYO.
Rough man like me do activity made for woman.
But guess what, it move real smooth
The third one is I entered Nasyid Competition to represent my college, Rahim Kajai.
This you can read more in my this post.
Actually a lot of thing happen
I will tell you more for the next time
Keep reading everyone
Adios amisgos! (:

Third Entry
What do you do if something injustice happened in front of your eyes? Do you rise and fight or do you do nothing and just let it be? Well, I keep thinking about it after I watch a film by Justin Chadwick, The Other Boleyn Girl.
This film is about luxurious and sensual tale of conspiracy, romance and betrayal set against the time of a defining moment in European history: two beautiful sisters, Anne and Mary Boleyn, driven by their family's blind ambition, compete for the love of the handsome and passionate King Henry VIII.
King Henry VIII of England and his wife Katherine of Aragon are having marital problems over the inability of Katherine to have a son, a male heir to secure England during that time. Duke of Norfolk, the uncle of Anne, Mary and George Boleyn along with Sir Thomas, the Boleyn’s father have a vicious plan to set up the king with Anne and make Anne have a son with the King. Thus, a visit to the Boleyn family house by the King is plan. I start to open my eyes wide starting from this point of this story. How could a father, could plan such thing for his ambition using his daughter as a whore?
King Henry, desperate at the time to get a son, fall for the innocence one Mary after he been humiliated by Anne. However, by the time, Mary had been married to William Carey. But as the King order Mary to stay in the court, she always under his eye. His husband then is given a place in the Privy Council. This surely show injustice. An authority use his overwhelming power to his citizen. The citizen cannot say anything and must need to follow everything the King wanted. If they are rebel against the King, they will be charged under treason and will be punished to death.
Anne, in other hand felt injustice happened to her. How could her sister got everything she ever wanted. Because of this, Anne had a secret marriage with nobel man Henry Percy. Concerned that Anne will ruin her reputation by marrying a nobleman without the King's consent, she alerts her father and uncle of the union. They confront Anne, who argues that the marriage has been consummated and what is done before God cannot be undone, and she is exiled to France in disgrace. Injustice happened again. Power of the authority had been abused till the point that they can even separated husband and wife. And again, the citizen must obey everything they wanted.
After Anne had been exiled to France, The Boleyn family's fortunes seem to be secured when Mary becomes pregnant. When she nearly suffers a miscarriage, she is confined to bed for the remainder of her pregnancy, and Norfolk recalls Anne to England to keep Henry's attention from wandering to another rival, particularly Jane Seymour. Anne successfully embarks on a campaign to seduce Henry, revealing herself to be more sophisticated and accomplished than she was prior to her exile. By withholding her sexual favors, she ensures the king's continued interest, finally making him promise never to bed his wife or speak to her sister in exchange for her giving him hope of eventually possessing her. Anne exacts this promise just after Mary gives birth to the much-anticipated son, making Mary's triumph hollow. How could a human do that to her sister? More, because of lust and desperation, a father abandoned his own son. Injustice really in the core of the world.
After that, the ambitious Anne encourages Henry to break from the Roman Catholic Church when Pope Clement VII refuses to annul his marriage to Katherine. Henry succumbs to Anne's demands, declares himself the Supreme Governor of the Church of England, and divorces his wife. Anne weds Henry and becomes Queen of England. Her e show another injustice, why the citizen need to take a burden because of the King’s foolness? After the tragedy, England had been viewed never the same by the great church. They suffer an exile by the church.
Despite the birth of a healthy daughter, Elizabeth, Henry is unhappy with Anne's failure to deliver a son and legitimate male heir to the throne. After she miscarries their second child, a now desperate Anne asks her brother George to try to impregnate her. Although he ultimately refuses to grant her request, his neglected wife Jane witnesses enough of their encounter to become suspicious. Her testimony leads to the arrest, trial, and execution of both George and Anne. This in the other hand show an injustice. Evil thinking is not that something can be punishable under the human law. More, in the story, they do not even do what they plan but still, they were punished without enough evidence. And the innocence Mary returns to court to plead for her sister's life, but Henry refuses to intercede. He warns Mary never to come to court again, because her family's disgrace could result in danger to her as well. Mary fulfills her last promise to Anne and takes care of her infant daughter.

In the last part of the story, at last the justice show. All the evil one is punished by the god. Sir Thomas die in disgrace, and the evil mastermind Norfolk along with his family was punish to death under treason. In the other hand, Mary lived happily in the county with her son and Anne’s daughter, Elizabeth, that later, ruled England in prosperity for forty-two years. Well, what I can conclude here after watching the movie is, every injustice happened will cause bad omen and we as human, must always believe deeply in our heart that there will be always a divine judgement that we can never escaped from it. Like Martin Luther King once said, “injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere”. Think about it.

2nd Entry
Hi everybody!
I just got back from a pretty long holiday of Eid Mubarak.
But, unfortunately, this holiday was a real bad holiday.
It was damned and cursed I think.
Well, after a month of Ramadan, we Muslim in Malaysia celebrated the Eid Mubarak on 10 September, Friday.
But unfortunately, I fall sick on that day too.
Yeah, on the same damn day.
When people enjoyed their meal in the daylight after a month they can't do that, I alone in my room coughing and coughing so hard with my body temperature 41 degree Celsius.
I slept all day in my room when people eat
rendang
lemang
nasi impit and kuah kacang
lontong
laksa Kuala Kangsar
and even bahulu, my all time favourite! (luckily my granny save some for me to be brought back to UKM)
I felt like dying in that bed
All the things that I ate was damn tasteless porridge and 100plus soap-taste isotonic.
This poor situation of mine continued till the third day of Eid Mubarak.
And, to worsen the situation, I lost all my duit raya that was given to me
I left it in my songkok when people ask me to take their photographs
And when I'm back to my room, all the money had been lost
Me as such a good boy that don't want to disturb other people peace on the Eid Mubarak
Just kept silent about it.
Never mind, after about three days wasting my holidays on the bed waiting for myself to getting better, some good event did happened on me.
My fixie (short term for fixed-gear) bike arrived at my home.
I bought that bike for RM700 ++ with my PTPTN loan.
With my health getting better, I rode the bike from Sri Iskandar to Ipoh
The distance is about 20km, it was damn tiring
but
it was damn fun too!!!
HAHA, I think i really fall in love with my fixie bike
Then, because I'm so excited with the fixie bike, I brought it back to UKM
I'm back early to UKM as I want to test-drive the bike here
But then, just when I tried the bike for the first time in UKM,
I lost control, the bike went way too fast,
I tried to stop the bike, and yes it went slower but then
CRACK! the chain was broken
I need to think fast, what should I do next?
So I turn my bike downwards and I jumped into the grass
The bike went to the upper hill, damn, it was real fast to get there
And thanks god I got no injury!
It is really a miracle I think.
But then, my bike is broken and I can't play it till I got time to repair it back.
Back to the bad day I think.
Now I'm in real tense.
Please god do save me and cheer me up.
Bless me.
Huh, I think its not good to sigh.
But if you in my place, you know nothing else to do.
Guess its time for me to sleep then.
Hope my dream will make my life sweeter.
Goodnight everybody, have a wonderful dream tonight.
My family potrait for this year's Eid Mubarak
My baby fixie, but now it is broken ):

random #1
This is just a random post!
Today totally ruled man!
I start up my day badly, I woke up late and I don't had enough time to prepare myself to go to the class
I even need to run to catch the bus to my so exclusive (a.k.a exiled) Faculty of Law
I late for my class
Zillion of thanks to Miss Maryam for not got angry even I late almost 20 minutes to my class (pheww!)
We had our super-cool class like always
It's not that I try to flattered Miss Maryam or something, but really its REAL COOL!
Just imagined this, where you can get a class in the early of the morning that include breakfast as one of the must activity in the class??
This class surely ROCKS!!!!
But like always, our good-for-nothing cafeteria (more to runaway camp-booth for me) charged me a lot for the tasteless food of theirs too.
Never-mind about that, after the English for Law class, I headed for my next class, the Contract Law lecture.
I thought at first that this class gonna ruined my day just like last week with their unexpected quiz and super-duper fast lecture
But not today. Today class totally AWESOME!
I managed to know all the case stated in today's class!
Well, I'm kinda of not believing myself too for doing that well
Trust me people, preparation really do help
So everyone, next time before you go to ANY class, prepare yourself well
It will surely pay-up and make your day better!
And here come the best part of today
My 1st tutorial class for Contract Law
I'm kinda nervous because I don't even know anything about this class yet
And because of my lame-ness, I don't even know who's gonna be my tutor for that class
I went to toilet and when I back the class already had been started
Duhh, it's really give me the chilled-feelings when you came late for your first class
And without knowing anything, my class already separated into 3 groups
And I as-blurred-as-always (screw me) just go to the left
I asked my group mate what is happening actually
She said we are into the mini-mooting
huh,what, MINI-MOOTING???
without me prepared ANYTHING????
SCREWWWWW MEEEEEE!!!!
okay, its not just ended like that, I without know anything was in the plaintiff group
andneed MUST started first!
I read the case, scribble some fact that I see, guessing some previous cases that I can remembered
and compile it into one paragraph
and then the mooting begun.
Okay, trust me, I don't even know what I'm talking about
I just give this and that, touch this and that and move this and that
fighting for my client
and then I rest my case.
Then come the defendant group with their super-organize speech
Really envy them as they already prepared before
I found a great points from my opposition that I can surely rebutted
I ask the permission from the judges to speak
But they ignored me, grrrr!!!
Just wait for my turn to become the justice, its gonna be a payback time, hehehe (evil-laughs)
And then with Ensem conclude the case, they rest their case.
And here come the good-for-nothing judges decision
Their decision was the defendant revocation was valid, thus my opposition win
We LOSE.
Then our tutor gave us big claps
We were confused
We asked why?
Then she said we are the best tutorial group for this mooting session so far
She gave us few good comments and she will look forward for us to do better in next mini-moot session
Actually, I'm also feel excited for the mooting session
It gave me thrill, the indescribable feelings that I can't tell
It really SUPER-DUPER-COOOOOOOOOLLL for SURE!
LOL! I don't know that mooting was so much fun
COOOOLLLLLL!!!
hahaha, it's really make my day
Even I lost, I gonna be better for the next time, just wait
Watch out everyone, the future BEST mooter is on the way there
Just sit tight and watch me
I gonna rule the world.
Have a good day everyone.
Have to prepare for my rugby training, bye~

another 1st Entry
Well, I had made the first entry before, but out of the blue, in this morning, my friend, Kader (grateful to him-NOT!) told me that there have been specific title for the 1st entry of the blog. So, I in my sleepy-mode (really envy my room mate that sleep like a log now, grrr!) will write it back again
The title that have be given by Miss Maryam is CLASS.
What is CLASS?
Well, according to Oxford Concise English (I'm not googling it even I could do that, I am kinda of old-fashioned people, LOL), class is a set or category of things having a property or feature in common and differentiated form others by kind or quality. That the first explanation I read from the dictionary. There about 4 explanations for the word class.
So, what really are class?
For me, class is the simplest thing yet the most important thing that I have in my study. I was simply divided into random group of people and then it formed my class. There about twenty peoples in my class. We come to the class together, study together and even eat the lunch together (yeah, we also wake up in the same time if I not mistaken because we need to catch up the same bus in the morning, LOL)
So, what so important about this particular group that do the things together that been called a CLASS?
The world not gonna end without the class - YES.
UKM not gonna turn into disaster without the class - YES
You will not die without the class - YES
So, why we need class?
You will ruined your study if there is NO class - YESSSS
Just imagined this, you in the middle of the island out of the nowhere, you have food, water and shelter, but there is no other people around you, can you survive? - NO!
Well, this is the basic concept of the class, where two or more people get themselves together to achieve something.
In the class, we will help each other to make everyone the WINNER!
Trust me, I'm not just babbling things out from nowhere, I wrote it from my own experience.
Well, it happened a year ago.
I'm kinda of a lazy guy that loooove to sleep in my lecture (screw me)
when the examination is near, I don't even know a single thing that we should have be learn in the semester.
I think I will surely screwed for the exam.
But not my class.
They think I can beat the exam if I put on my efforts.
They help me in all my studies, give me the past year question and EVERYTHING.
In just a week, they help me to catch up with everything we learn for the whole semester.
I put everything on the line and go to the examination.
After the exam, I think I gonna fail
But God really do love us.
Even we put small efforts, as long as we sincere, God will help us.
I passed the examination.
Thanks to God.
Thanks to my past lecturers (I'm so sorry to sleep in all of you classes!)
Thanks to my parents
and, thanks to all of you my fellow ex-classmates
I owed everyone of you sooo much
Thank for everything.
So, for me class is really an important thing in my life.
I hope that my new class will also be enjoyable like my old class.
Best wishes to all of you, my new classmates and the old one
We will meet in the top of the world.
LWA02D - gonna miss you all, heartly

1st Entry
Okay, this is my first entry of this blog.(forgive my lame-ness, its kinda of a mindset that this is an academic project, so it must be formal)
This blog is created for the reflective writing for my English for Law class.
Haha, just writing for the first entry make me thing of how the world have rapidly change (and still changing now thought).
Just thinking of the world now made me wonder how the people in the past can think the technology they created today?
They really are CREAT-ive!
Just look in past twenty years,in 1990, computer is a wow-wow thing back then,
even the typewriter make people wonders and grateful.
But just look at today's world, look how the world have changed.
Computer is a must-have appliances you must have in your home, office and \ANYWHERE.
I really mean it, nowadays, in my kampung, my traditional-biscuit (semperit, batang buruk and all kind of that yummy food) bakery have their own e-mail and you can do the reservation for Hari Raya by sending it to their e-mail. And guess what, they even use the PayPal. COOOOOL!!!
As I studying, oopsss, READING the law, the technology really help me a lot.
If I need to find certain cases, I just need to google it in the superb-duper-great website named Lexis-Nexis(zillion of kudos to the creator), I don't need to search it out in my BIG library and BIG book that contain lot of SMALL letters that make my eyes spinning. I really save a lot of time and energy thanks to the web. Lexis-Nexis, I'm soooooo in love with you!!!(don't tell my law lectures that I do this or else they will be killing me as actually I should find the cases in the journal, haha )
Technology is GREAT but then its also a pain-in-the-ass
A year ago, my father bought a Vertu phone in a website like the e-bay website.
He paid it and after a month, he received the great-for-nothing phone.
He proudly use the phone, but sadly after a month the phone broke.
A titanium-body Vertu broke after a month use!
So, my father called the seller.
The seller simply said read back the advertisement.
And when my father read it back, in the super-tiny font, it stated that the phone is only the prototype model.
So there is no warranty and whatsoever for the phone (also in the super-tiny font).
And after that, in his anger, he thrown out his one month Vertu out from the windows from our third floor apartment.
The point here is not that my father thrown thousands of his money to get the good-for-nothing phone,
but it show that with technology, cheating and fraud are everywhere!
So beware people, technology can be your best friend but great enemy.
Sugar is sweet and make us happy just to eat them, but when we ate it too much, we will get diabetes.
There always a shadow in light.
So people, use technology we have today wisely, and don't forget to be grateful to God!
last but not least,
HAVE A GOOD DAY!
